In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, a group of 15 students moved to New Orleans as part of a satellite studio of the UK to redesign a community park in the neighborhood of Bywater.  The design of the park creatively satisfies the needs of the Bywater citizens with an area for unleashed dogs, a playground, and an open field to host the monthly art festival and the annual Mirliton Festival.  My individual responsibilities included an analysis of the neighborhood, a schematic park design, sectional studies, and the construction of the large site model.
